Return Policy
Hippos Toes wants you to be delighted with your purchase! We pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you need to return an item, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, (excluding postage costs), to the credit card originally charged. You may also exchange your item. Please note that the item must have its original tags attached, and be in the condition you received it, unwashed and unworn. Items that smell of smoke, are worn, washed or are in poor condition are not eligible for return or exchange. If items arrive in one or more of these conditions listed the items will be sent back to you at your cost. PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are not returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are simple. To make an exchange, simply send the items back to us and indicate what you would like in return. Please note that the returned items must be in return condition (see Returns above). We will contact you if anything you are requesting is out of stock or otherwise not available. This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks and your exchange will ship FREE via UPS Ground Service.
NOTE: It’s a good idea to send your items back in a manner that is trackable (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Delivery Confirmation). We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.

Shipping Policy
Hippos Toes currently ships only to destinations in the United States and Canada. International orders (AL & HI) are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Priority Mail and are billed to the customer at the rates charged by USPS or UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY DUTIES OR RESHIPMENT FEES IF THE ITEM IS REFUSED. You agree to abide by these rules of shipping upon ordering from our site.
